CONTRACT
Once you’ve decided to choose us for your project, we will execute a basic contract which will spell out clearly, our responsibilities, including a scope of work description, cost, payment schedule, and completion date.

DESIGN
Your space will be custom designed to your tastes & needs using a computerized “Auto-CAD” design program, that can quickly and easily accommodate changes.

You will be furnished with a fixture selection sheet, and a vendor’s list, of our suppliers, where you will not only have access to hundreds of choices, but you will enjoy our discounts , passed straight through to you, from these folks that we have established long-standing relationships with.
DEMOLITION
After all fixtures have arrived in good working order, so that nothing like a broken vanity delays the process, our crew will arrive on the pre-arranged start date, and begin to dustproof and protect your home from our work. Demolition, not destruction, will begin, and all debris will be immediately hauled off-site and legally disposed of.

INSTALLATION
Installation will begin by trained professionals, using only the highest quality materials available, on a full time, all-the-time basis from 8-5, five days a week.

PAYMENT
A small down payment is required to secure your place on our schedule. All other payments are related to our progress. We don’t get paid until the work is finished.

FINAL INSPECTION
Once we have completed your project, we will schedule a final walk-thru with you, so that we may evaluate the project together. Remember, you are our advertisement for our next client, so your satisfaction is our most important goal!!
